These terms describe Rebalfy's non-custodial nature, user responsibilities, and the conditions under which the service is provided.

Rebalfy is a SaaS software tool that automates the execution of mathematical strategies in third-party cryptocurrency exchange accounts (e.g. Binance). Rebalfy is NOT a wallet, is NOT an exchange, and does NOT have custody of user funds. Funds remain at all times in the user's personal account at their respective exchange.

The information and tools provided by Rebalfy do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. The user is solely responsible for configuring their target allocations. The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, and the user assumes 100% of the risk of capital loss.

The user agrees to provide Rebalfy only API Keys with the strictly necessary permissions: "Read" and "Spot Trading". The user is strictly prohibited from enabling the "Withdrawals" permission on API Keys shared with Rebalfy. Rebalfy will not be responsible for loss of funds resulting from misconfigured permissions by the user or vulnerabilities in a third-party exchange.

The service is provided "as is". Rebalfy does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. In the event of Binance API outages or network failures, Rebalfy will not be responsible for rebalances that are not executed.
